It all started back in 2004 when we fell in love at first sight with a charming 19th century farmhouse in the Drome.  We came to Lafuma in Anneyron to buy a ski jacket and left......with a house! The farmhouse is situated in Les Percivaux, a hamlet 50 minutes south of Lyon and 10 minutes from Exit 12 on A7 motorway.  After years of renovating our family home my 40th birthday challenge was to launch, 

Magnificent Renovated Farmhouse  

a private, luxury, spacious family suite for up to 6 people, set in the newly renovated farmhouse barn. The suite is perfect for a get together with friends or family, perfect for a stop over and perfect for discovering the Rhone Valley! 

 

The unexpected succes of this adventure turned my challenge into a family business and my very supportive husband, Yannick and I jumped into our next project of creating a guesthouse

aiming to change the concept of a stopover by providing sumptious, modern accomodation for families,

  We saw the potential in this beautiful, 19th century old stone townhouse, in the centre of Anneyron, that we visited in September 2019.  This emblematic building was once the village iron mongers.  Everyone knew about the shop "Maison Metral" where you could find absolutely everything from wallpaper to perfume and fishing equipement, thus the name

"My Boutique Guesthouse"

 

After over a year of administrative procedures we began renovating with the help of local workmen, reuniting two houses that had once been divided for nearly a century.

We can't wait to welcome you to one of our 3 luxury, family suites,  each individually decorated and thoughtfully designed with influences from our own varied travelling experiences, making your stay unique.  An added luxury is the private garden and heated, saltwater swimming pool to enjoy and unwind after your journey. 

 

We want to make this house as accessible as possible.  There is an enormous amount of potentiel and the offers can vary and differ adapting to your requirements and needs.  In the future you will be able to exclusively reserve the entire townhouse for special occasions, sleeping up to a maximum of 15 people. 

 

You need somewhere to work, why not use one of the suites for a meeting, for a brainstorming, or privatise the house and garden for an event with colleagues or business partners, You need to work from home, come and use us as your home office with a quick dip in the pool at break time (!) or you live nearby and just want to come and splash around in the pool.

The whole concept of this project is to give back to our community, highlighting and putting on display the talents and artistry of our village.   You will find local produce, products, furniture and decorations throughout the townhouse and garden.

Les Magnolias - a special needs school for disabled children where our daughter Lily and her friends attend.
